Easy Pumpkin Pie

• 1 egg white
• 1 pint pumpkin
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• dash nutmeg
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 9? pie crust, unbaked

Beat egg white. Add the next six ingredients and pour into pie crust. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
