- 3 cans condensed cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 package of dry onion soup mix
- 2 pounds beef for stew
- Combine soup, sour cream, water and soup mix in the slow cooker.
- Add beef, stir until well coated.
- Cover; cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
Serving Suggestion: Serve over rice or noodles with a salad and hot bread.
